Joined Taiwan Rubber & Elastomer Industries Association since 1985 and then China Rubber Industry Association Rubber Shoe Branch in order to have better connecion to related organization & new material.- Passed ISO9002 in June 1998.
- Developed QA management mode since Sep. 1999 to enhance ISO Management Systems.
- Implemented MQAA in 2000 to assure product consistence.
- Introduced LEAN production model in 2002 to further improve operation efficiency.
- Joined SATRA(UK) in 2002 to escalate the verification efficiency of new product and to comply with international standards.
- ERP System re-development starting from 2006-2013 for integration purpose.
